DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Hell yes! We have already applied all options for shipping during checkout. This way you can choose yourself with which postal company you want it sent. We also have next to it for which region or package size you can choose best.
If you have just chosen one that does not work, we will always contact you.
Our worldwide options are set to prices of the biggest boxes. If your order is smaller and it cost less to send out, you will receive the difference of shipping cost back on your account.

What is needed for buying a knife or air rifle?
Sale of knives of certain lengths may be sold from 18 years. This is also stated with us in the store and online.
Sale of Air pressure from 18 years.
With every sale you will be asked for an ID to verify the age. In the shop AND online!!

Online purchase: A copy of an ID must be sent by mail or whatsapp. This may be a pass without a photo or from your insurance. The name on the order and the pass must correspond.
We apply the privacy law and your ID will be removed after sending.

In no other way will there be a sale for these items with us.

You can choose a shipping company with us. There is a post office near us that offers almost all options.
Super handy if you prefer to choose a company that only works with collection points, so that you can pick it up nearby at your own time.

We deliver almost all of our products on the website from stock and can therefore be shipped quickly. If this is different, a delivery time is stated with the product or we will contact you.

SENDING BACK MY ORDER/Customerservice
Returns: You will receive a returns form with each package. You can complete this so that we can process this in our administration and that there are no misunderstandings.
Money back is an option. NO MONEY BACK ON SALE! Can exchange for a different size.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
If you are still unsure about which size you need, you can always call or email us or we can even offer advice via WhatsApp.

We always try on each item ourselves to make it easy to make a comparison. Measuring while we are on the phone with you is even done for you. And often the dimensions are included with each product. We write most of the text ourselves, but it may happen that a product does not yet contain all the information. You can always send an app about this.
There is no return policy for specially tailor-made items, but there is an adjustment option, such as shortening, etc.

The form is NOT used for advertising purposes. You will not receive any spam in your mailbox afterwards. This form is just a return invoice for us to keep in the books.

Customer service: Our company consists of 3 employees from different generations, so our customer service is quite fast and easy to approach. This can be done via email or WhatsApp if you want to add photos and a telephone is often more convenient for a quick answer to your question.
Do you buy vintage army from individuals?
Unfortunately! We don't do that (anymore).

We only buy from suppliers. Well-known brands such as Brandit - Vintage Industries and Fostex.
Most are all new and unused. The ammunition boxes, for example, are still a used item.

In the past, a veteran could still keep his duffel bag himself and bring it to us in the store, but nowadays the stuff is also more advanced and has to be returned to the army.
Military items from the war is a valuable collector's item. For these products it is best to visit specially targeted fairs or auction sites.
I have a question for Peter
Peter is a freebie ^_^ and as we call it in the shop, he likes to play outside and is always busy with projects.
He only knows 1 button on his mobile and that is calling or answering it. XD
It is best to ask your question via our contact form on this website OR via a whatsapp message to our central mobile number. At the top right you can click the button of the whatsapp logo, you will be directly referred to our number.
We print out messages addressed to Peter, so that he can read them and possibly answer them indirectly.
